About Us

Since 1997 we have been baking, gourmet dog treats, All-Natural Dog Treats here at Piglet’s Pantry, Inc.  Piglet came home to us in 1995 when her racing career was over, and she was just 2 years old. 

She was a shy, sweet, but very skinny greyhound.  As we learned more about the lives of greyhounds from the tracks, we decided to give Piglet the best of the best.  We started to cook her food and bake her all-natural ‘home-made’ treats.  She loved them so much that we decided to sell the treats at the local farmers markets and craft shows. 

After selling dog treats for 2 years, we had the opportunity to open our own ‘dog bakery’ using only healthy and wholesome ingredients with no added salt, sugar or preservatives.  All of the treats we make are taste tested by our own dogs. Nothing passes without their approval. Our gourmet dog treats also include wheat free dog treats.

It is truly fulfilling to know that we are making our ‘4-legged’ customers happy with our yummy treats.  A percentage of our profit is donated each year to help other unwanted dogs find loving, forever homes.
