Shipping Policy:
We ship all our Dog Biscuits and products via UPS. Merchandise usually ships within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order, when merchandise is in stock.

Refunds and Exchang Policy:
Customers have 7 days upon receipt of merchandise to request an exchange or issued store credit. Please return merchandise in its original packaging. If there is any evidence of wear or tear on the merchandise, it will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges or issued store credit is for the total amount of merchandise, excluding shipping and handling fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
