About Us - Who is Piglet?

Since 1997 we have been baking our All-Natural Doggie Biscuits here at Piglet's Pantry, Inc. Piglet came home to us in 1995 when her racing career was over...she was just 2 years old. She was a shy, sweet but very skinny greyhound. As we learned more about the lives of greyhounds from the tracks, we vowed to give Piglet the best of the best. We started to cook her food and bake her all-natural 'home-made' biscuits. She loved them so much that we decided to sell the bisuits at the local farmers markets and craft shows in Central Florida.

After doing this for 2 years, we had the opportunity to open our own 'dog bakery' using only healthy and wholesome ingredients with no added salt, sugar or preservatives. Piglet along with her retired racing greyhound sisters, Tigger and Kricket, have taste-tested all of our doggie biscuits! It is truly fulfilling to know that we are making our 4-legged customers happy with our yummy doggie bisuits. Our belief at Piglet's Pantry is this - 'Dog's are not our whole life...they make our lives whole.'

A percentage of our profits are donated each year to help unwanted dogs find loving homes.
